Each massage therapy session is tailored just to suit you. We will discuss your goals prior to your treatment, and work together to develop a treatment approach using a combination of the modalities in each of our skill sets.
A typical session will involve a variety of massage techniques that may include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cupping/IASTM, or microcurrent (techniques and modalities will vary between practitioner).
Pressure can adjusted to meet your individual needs and preferences, within the comfort zone of your RMT.

Pre-natal Massage Therapy

Pregnancy places significant physical demands on the body. As your posture shifts and your joints and muscles adapt, you may experience discomfort such as back and hip pain, swelling in the legs and feet, and general fatigue.
Prenatal massage is specifically tailored to support you through these changes. With specialized positioning and bolstering, we ensure both your comfort and safety throughout the treatment. Techniques are adapted to address pregnancy-related tension, promote circulation, and encourage overall relaxation.

Pediatric Massage Therapy

Gentle, nurturing touch for your baby’s comfort and development.
Babies often have more going on than meets the eye — from digestive discomfort to growing pains, sleep challenges, and more.
Infant massage introduces positive, soothing touch that can support your baby’s overall well-being. It may help relieve common issues like gas, colic, teething discomfort, and restlessness, while also supporting muscle tone, circulation, and deeper bonding between parent and child.
During your session, Mercedes will work with both you and your baby, guiding you through gentle techniques that you can continue at home. The goal is to empower you — not to keep you coming back — so you feel confident using massage as part of your daily care routine.
We understand that babies can’t consent the same way adults can. That’s why infant massage is always baby-led. If your little one isn’t feeling it, that’s okay — we’ll pause and try again another time. You’ll still leave with knowledge you can use whenever the moment is right.
