Fascial Stretch Therapy is a dynamic, table-based assisted stretching technique that helps improve how your body moves and feels. It focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints, and organs.
When fascia becomes tight or restricted from training, repetitive movement, or everyday stress, it can limit mobility and leave you feeling stiff or off-balance. FST uses gentle, pain-free movement and traction to help release those restrictions, restoring fluid movement and flexibility.
